We take much of the workload from the client by providing a comprehensively vetted shortlist of candidates that we recommend for interview. Our recommendations will be based on the results from the rigorous vetting procedures we employ.
These recommendations will be provided to the client in the form of individual and comprehensive candidate reports that include specific details from the agreed recruitment methods and processes. To facilitate the recruitment process further, we also provide clients with in-depth Management Information reports at intervals of their choosing.
The Kinetic method of recruiting on a retained basis
Our REC trained consultants will benchmark candidates against job and person requirements. We then preliminary verify this through competency based checks.
Competency Based Face to Face Interview
Following successful progression through visual screening, eligibility checks and preliminary competency checks, candidates are face to face interviewed. This interview will include detailed competency interviewing against the job role, skills and person specification and cultural fit against the client requirements. It will include any required technical tests and questions along with psychometric profiling. All results from these processes will usually be fed back to the client on a 1:1 basis.
Standardised technical and non-technical interview questioning
Although Kinetic consultants are benchmarked against the highest recruitment specialist standards, there are occasions where a client will require detailed and consistent technical Q&A to form the crux of the face to face interview. We will work with clients to achieve the best possible format to present this and will facilitate the entire process including detailed feedback to the client.
Assessment Centres
We can provide a bespoke solution to suit the needs of any client. Assessment can include alphanumeric testing, in-tray exercises, role play and group work. Centres can be delivered/facilitated on or off site.
CRB Checks
We can build security and CRB police checks into the vetting process or pre/post offer & acceptance stage.
Technical testing
We provide a variety of in-house technical testing services, including dexterity testing, that cover the broad cross-section of engineering & production roles. These help to ensure new hires meet productivity demands as early as possible.
Psychometric Assessment
We provide both in house and externally sourced services including HJA (Human Job Analysis), PPA (Personality Profile Analysis) to ensure a correct cultural fit with your organisation.
Eligibility Checks
In relation to asylum and immigration checks, Kinetic can take copies of original documents and provide these in conjunction to interview.
Full Reference checking
We can undertake to gather full verbal/written references at any stage of the recruitment process.
Medical Q&A
