I worked closely with a Consultant from Signalling Team who took the time to understand what my requirements were and had a good knowledge of the industry, together we drew a shortlist of the companies and roles that met my criteria and I after a couple of weeks I had a couple of interviews set up. I was offered and accepted a role of Signalling Project Engineer with a company that would work with me towards my IRSE Engineering Managers licence after about 6 weeks of being introduced to Kinetic Rail.”
