North West Excellence Awards honour for Kinetic plc

One of the UK's leading human resource management companies, Kinetic plc, has been honoured for its business excellence at a glittering business Awards Ceremony in Manchester co-ordinated and staged by Excellence North West.

The company, which won the Excellence Award in the general category for private sector companies with less than 250 employees, has its head office in Manchester and provides outsourced human resource and recruitment solutions to UK and international businesses. The judges, who were drawn from some of the region's leading companies and organisations, were particularly impressed by the strength of the company's leadership headed by Managing Director, Neil Smith. The company was also praised for its clear vision and focussed direction to further strengthen its business providing its expanding client base with innovative solutions in Human Resource, recruitment and payroll management. The business was also recognised for its excellent performance management systems geared towards customers, business processes and its key asset its employees.

Managing Director, Neil Smith, said, "We are thrilled to be recognised in such a public way. The focus on our business practices have definitely helped us become a top supplier in our chosen market places as we continue to attract quality clients. It is a highly competitive industry with investment in people and technology key to developing our services to existing and new clients. The Awards, which were initiated nine years ago to encourage business excellence and promote the North West's business attributes, were attended by some of the regions most successful and prominent organisations and attracted some 500 guests to the prestigious ceremony at The Palace Hotel in Manchester.

Applicants were required to put their organisation under a 'business' microscope and undergo a rigorous assessment over a number of months by a team of independent, specially trained assessors drawn from some of the region's leading companies and organisations. An independent jury then further judged the assessor's reports.
