JOB DESCRIPTION:
Estimator to provide accurate, professional, organized, and responsive cost estimates for Pressure Vessels,Heat Exchangers to the process industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide estimates based on quotation packages for Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and other large fabrication projects.
- Breakdown drawings into detailed B.O.M. for quoting
- Prepare and send purchasing RFQ for all materials, machining,
- Insert pricing into bid for materials, machining, and services ensuring all components are priced and included
- Estimate hours in labor fields
- Complete estimates on time, securing orders while maintaining a profitable margin.
- Prepare organized well detailed estimate for review and prepare quote
- Work with pressure vessel group to achieve project goals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
3 - 5 years minimum experience in heavy fabriction to process industry, specifically Pressure Vessel
