Electrical Engineer

Grangemouth, Scotland

Our client a major player in the Oil & Gas industry are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer.
Ideally qualified to HNC/ HND (or equivalent) levelin Electrical Engineering or related subject. Preferred Qualifications – Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, working towards MIEE/ Chartered Engineer status.
Essential Experience for this role -
More than 3 years experience in electrical engineering, with at least 1 years design experience on large projects working with senior engineers and designers. Experience in oil and gas projects, knowledge of refinery practices and hazardous areas.
Desired Experience- As above plus specific experience involving some of the following – oil and gas/ refinery projects, HV/LV switchboard packages, serial communications, use of Variable Speed Drives and CIE tools.
