Our client who is part of a global engineering manufacturer based out of there factory in Huddersfield is currently looking for an experienced Borer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to recruit an experienced borer. You will be required to set up and operate a large conventional Borer which will be either a Scharman or Kearns & Richards and experience on either of these machine tools is required as is the ability to machine large gear casings to close tolerances. Hours of work are rotating 6.30am-2.30pm and 2.30pm - 10pm and 6.30pm Finish on a Friday Basic 37 hours + Over Time @ T/ 1/2. Saturdays Paid @ T 1/2 , Sundays Paid @ Time 2/3 . Pay Rates from £14.19 - £15.04 per hour plus lots of over time
