Service Elements

  1. Full inductions can be tailored to your organisation. These may be held in your local Kinetic office or on your own site. Typically inductions include - a site tour paying particular attention to fire regulations and working environment, GMP, good housekeeping procedures, manual handling, Health and Safety, the importance of personal hygiene and a brief history of the company including food import and food export issues, augmented by an Induction Manual that all workers must sign for to prove to you and your customers they have been fully inducted into working within food process environments.

  2. Catersafe Training. If required all workers can undertake a Catersafe course that is validated by the Food Hygiene Bureau. The course content covers current legislation, personal hygiene, bacteria and spoilage, storage temperatures and good practice. Each worker is issued with a unique identity card to prove that he or she has received the training.

  3. Medical screening and/or stool testing can be arranged prior to workers starting.

  4. Manual dexterity testing may be carried out on all workers using the Stronberg Dexterity Test. This is particularily useful for high volume packing areas (ie tablets or small food items) as it is benchmarked against your own people to determine a minimum acceptable standard.
    This is all in addition to our standard recruitment process of telephone vetting, application form, aptitude test, interview and full work reference.

Once we have screened workers and got them onto your premises we work hard to ensure our service meets your demanding requirements.

  • A Service Level Agreement will be drawn up to benchmark our service against your own staff. We will then monitor worker turnover, no-shows, absenteeism, punctuality, accuracy of invoicing and so on to make sure they fall well within acceptable levels. Should this ever happen we will come to you with solutions - not problems.

  • We understands the importance of our workers to both you and us. To this end we regularily mailshot our workers whilst on site to monitor the morale levels of our workers. By doing this we will head off potential problems before they affect productivity.

  • We also perform "worker surgeries" on site at an agreed frequency. This means our workers know any wage or tax queries will be sorted on site, at source. No leaving the line to make endless phonecalls to the office.

  • Our unique "Quest For Quality" forms are designed to build into a permanent record of the skills, abilities and attitude of every single worker based on site.

  • We will allocate a dedicated Account Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of any temporary labour on your site.

  • If numbers dictate we will provide a permanent on-site coordinator to manage all day to day issues, collate timesheets and organize inductions.

    All these tasks can be removed from your day-to-day routine leaving you free to concentrate on that most important person - your customer.
