Full inductions can be tailored to your organisation. These may be held in your local Kinetic office or on your own site. Typically inductions include - a site tour paying particular attention to fire regulations and working environment, GMP, good housekeeping procedures, manual handling, Health and Safety, the importance of personal hygiene and a brief history of the company, augmented by an Induction Manual that all workers must sign to prove to you and your customers they have been fully inducted into working within the specified process environments.
Manual dexterity testing may
be carried out on all workers using the Stronberg Dexterity Test.
This is particularly useful for high volume packing areas (i.e. tablets
or small manufactured items) as it is benchmarked against your own
people to determine a minimum acceptable standard.
This is all in addition to our standard recruitment process of telephone
vetting, application form, aptitude test, interview and full work
reference.

Once workers have been screened by us and brought onto your premises we will work hard to ensure our service meets your demanding requirements.
A Service Level Agreement, drawn up to benchmark our service against your own staff. We will then monitor worker turnover, no-shows, absenteeism, punctuality, and accuracy of invoicing to make sure they fall well within acceptable levels. Should any issues arise we will come to you with solutions - not problems.
We understand the importance of our workers to both you and us. To this end we regularly mail shot our workers whilst on site to monitor their morale levels. By doing this we will head off potential problems before they affect productivity.
We also perform "worker surgeries" on site at an agreed frequency. This means our workers know any wage or tax queries will be sorted on site, at source. No leaving the line to make endless phone calls to the office.
