Service Elements

• Full inductions can be tailored to your organisation. These may be held in your local Kinetic office or on your own site. Typically inductions include - a site tour paying particular attention to fire regulations and working environment, GMP, good housekeeping procedures, manual handling, Health and Safety, the importance of personal hygiene and a brief history of the company, augmented by an Induction Manual that all workers must sign to prove to you and your customers they have been fully inducted into working within the specified process environments.

• Manual dexterity testing may be carried out on all workers using the Stronberg Dexterity Test. This is particularly useful for high volume packing areas (i.e. tablets or small manufactured items) as it is benchmarked against your own people to determine a minimum acceptable standard.
  This is all in addition to our standard recruitment process of telephone vetting, application form, aptitude test, interview and full work reference.
