Exit M1 at junction 26, onto the A38
Carry straight across 1st round about, stay on road till next roundabout,
there is a big petrol station in front, bear left here.
Take your 1st left.
Carry straight on to the traffic lights, follow road round, staying in
the inside lane which brings you back on yourself.
Go under the bridge
Take your 2nd left onto Larges street.
Take your 1st right into St James' Court.
